Join me in a 7 day Shakeology Challenge and make a commitment to healthier living.
I have been drinking Shakeology daily for almost two years. It has been an instrumental part of my weight loss and fitness plan. Shakeology contains over 70 herbs and superfoods to give you some of the best nutrition on the planet in one delicious shake. My experience is that it helped me stop craving foods that weren’t good for me, gave me more energy and was a delicious way to get more of my nutrients. How does the challenge work?
You will sign up with me as your coach.
You purchase the 7 days of Shakeology. You can choose from chocolate, vanilla or strawberry or a combination of those flavors. The cost is $25 if you purchase by May 29th. This is a savings of $10.
I mail you the Shakeology and I will also provide a guide for the challenge via email. This guide will contain your clean eating meal plan for the week. It’s a very flexible plan – you choose which meals and snacks you prefer.
I will put you in a private Facebook group of other challengers who are participating so that we can all support and motivate one another.
When does it start?
The challenge will begin on Monday June 2 so you need to get your order in as soon as possible so you will have your Shakeology for Day 1.
What do I have to do during the challenge?
You will be committing to drinking Shakeology once per day. You can use it as a meal replacement or as a snack.
You will eat clean for the week. I will provide you with a menu to make that part easier.
You will get some sort of activity for 15-30 minutes for at least 3 of the 7 days.
What will I get out of this?
When you drink Shakeology and eat clean you will notice increased energy and you will have a sense of satisfaction derived from doing what’s right for your body.
Using the clean eating guidelines will help you get new ideas and you might even find some new foods to like.
You will be feeding your body great nutrition for the week and many times your body will respond by losing fat (we all want that, right?).
Being a part of a small group of challengers can be incredibly motivating and can help keep you on track throughout the week.
