It is best to follow these guidelines for at least 7 – 10 days to get rid of toxins and reduce cravings for sweets and starches. It’s a great way to recover from all the indulgences of the holiday season. It’s OK to treat yourself now and then, but during the holidays we seem to go overboard when treats are available everywhere, all the time.
